What is an enrollment fee?
Enrollment fees are one-time fees paid at the time of enrollment.
How do I pay for my membership?
Monthly dues are deducted from a checking, savings, or credit card account. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
How can I join?
We look forward to meeting you and helping you with your membership paperwork. You can come into the Community Center at any time during business hours to sign up for a membership. You will pay a prorated amount for your first month's fee. If you have one of our insurance discounts, please bring your insurance card.
What are your insurance discount programs?
If you are eligible for the frequent fitness programs through Medica, HealthPartners, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota or U Care, when working out 8-12 times per month, depending on your plan, you will recieve $20 per month off your dues. You may do this for up to two eligible persons on a membership (excluding Medica). Please call your insurance company to check your eligibility.
SilverSneakers is a national fitness program designed exclusively for older adults! This is a free membership for those included in their health plans.
Membership Categories:
Single: Any Age
Senior: Those ages 60 and over
Single Plus One: Two people living in same household. Proof of address required when enrolling.
Household: Two adults living in the same household with proof of address plus up to four dependents under the age of 22.
Cancellation Policy:
Monthly memberships must be active for a minimum of three months. A 30-day written notice is required to cancel after the three-month period unless a longer term contract is signed.
