Yellow Ribbon Campaign
Inver Grove Heights - a Yellow Ribbon City!

The Minnesota National Guard has pioneered a program which empowers community leaders to synchronize efforts and build an enduring network of support for service members and families throughout the deployment cycle.

A Core Committee meets at 7:00 the first Tuesday of each month at the Veterans Memorial Center.  The group plans and reviews upcoming activities to gain Beyond the Yellow Ribbon designation for the City of Inver Grove Heights.  The committee would like to establish a volunteer support structure for military members and their families that includes simple acts of kindness, like snow-shoveling, lawn mowing, painting, occasional meals or childcare.  Please contact Staci Nitti at the email below if you would like to volunteer your time or have a group looking for a meaningful way to support your community.
