Outdoor Fitness Series: Fitness Naturally

Starting the week of June 1, we are offering many of our regular fitness classes outdoors with your familiar Grove Instructors! These four week sessions will be available for a fee.
Register now...spots are limited to 9 per class to adhere to safe social distancing guidelines

Spice up your workout routine with one of our specialty classes, designed to challenge and invigorate! Classes include: Stand Up Paddleboard, Boot Camp, TRX Bell, Instafit (for our younger fitness enthusiasts) and more.
These classes require an additional fee to attend (including community center members) and registering ahead of time. Check out the schedule and make sure to grab a spot today!

Specialty Class Schedule
View the current list of classes available and schedules (includes fees, dates, times, location). Check the registration site for current offerings and availability.
Register online or in-person at The Grove Aquatic & Fitness Center Guest Services Desk or by calling 651-450-2480. Registration for classes is available any time, but participants must register at least one week (7 days) in advance of the class start date. There is a $5 late fee for registrations after the deadline.
Make up Policy:
If you miss a class, you can make it up 2 weeks surrounding that date at another class. Please ask your instructor to arrange two days prior to scheduled make up.

Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Fitness Series I Ages 12 and up
3 Fitness Series includes a basic class (to learn and build confidence on the paddleboard; a fitness class (to take the skills to the next level); and a yoga class (where yoga poses will be done on the board).
Practice centering and gain confidence standing on the board. You'll experiment with balance, learn strength moves and/or Yoga poses on the board while working in your comfort zone. You choose the class that is right for you! Plus, a great class to meet new people and make friends! Taught by Brown Dog Paddleboard.
*Paddleboards are provided. Participants must know how to swim. This class is not meant for participants to be fully-immersed in the water. Participants are able to get on and off the boards from the side of the lap pool. Participants may get wet, however.
